4+ Cup Food Processor fitted with Blade or an Immersion Blender
(If neither of these are available, a bottle with a tight-fitting lid is fine)
Ingredients
¾ Cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Light Tasting Olive Oil
½ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar (or up to ¾ cup for a tangy dressing)
3 TBSP Sugar-free Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Dried Oregano
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp Black Pepper
¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Process
- Add all ingredients except oil into the food processor bowl or container
- Blend for 15 seconds
- With processor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil
- If blender/processor is not available, add all ingredients to a bottle, put on that tight fitting lid & shake vigorously
- Use immediately or store in refrigerator for up to one week (contents will start to solidify in refrigerator, so set out a few minutes then shake before use)
