Personal training without leaving home! (Yes, you read that right.)
I’ll come to you & bring the tools necessary for your fitness program
1 on 1 Personal Training
Starting a fitness program is a great choice no matter what shape you are in or your exercise experience. I’ll listen to your goals, consider your current physical fitness & health situation & formulate a plan specific to your needs.
I’ll come to your home or meet at an agreed upon outdoor location during nice weather & will travel within 15 miles or 30 minutes of East Petersburg, PA. Not close by? Let’s work virtually!
All travel expenses & use of my personal equipment is included in package pricing so there are no hidden fees. This program requires a minimum of an 8-session commitment.
Included in this program:
- Ability to stay at home – which completely eliminates your travel time & also means no crowded gyms!
- Movement assessment to evaluate any areas of concern
- Measurements, photos & records of your progress
- Use of my equipment & programming including your home equipment if available
- Additional at-home workouts provided
- Basic nutrition information
- Scheduling at a mutually convenient day & time – up to 3 sessions a week
8 1-hour sessions $464
16 1-hour sessions $864
24 1-hour sessions $1080
5% discount for payment in full or no-interest payment plan is available with 30% initial payment
Introductory Session
You want to test drive a car before you buy it so why not get that option with personal training?? Let’s see if we work well together!
This 1-time session will include:
- Initial consultation via phone to learn more about each other, discuss goals, fitness likes & dislikes
- Movement assessment to evaluate any areas of strength and/or concern
- One 75-minute session with a workout specific to your needs
- Use of my equipment or program including use of your home equipment
Cost of program $75
Additional 1-hour single sessions after initial assessment $60
Small Group Training
Want to workout with friends but not interested in joining a gym? Look no furthur! We’ll meet at a mutually convenient location (your house, park, friend’s house) & time. There’s no need for exercise experience, we can start from where you are!
Here’s what your group training includes:
- One hour sessions with programming that incorporates all participant goals
- A mix of cardio, strength training, circuit training, resistance bands, core strengthening, flexibility work & bodyweight exercises
- Use of my equipment or your own equipment if available
Two to four people $35 per person per session
Five or more people $30 per person per session
