Herby Air Fryer Chicken

Equipment:
Cutting Board & Sharp Chef Knife
Large Mixing Bowl with Lid or Gallon Ziplock Bag
4+ Quart Air Fryer

Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breast Halves (or about 2-2.5 pounds), sliced into 1.5″ish-thick pieces (you should have about 20 pieces in total)
1/2 Cup Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Granulated Garlic
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 1/2 tsp Paprika (or smoked Paprika for a different twist)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
1 TBSP Dried Oregano

Process:
1) Add all ingredients to large bowl or bag and thoroughly coat chicken pieces with oil and seasonings
2) Let marinade overnight or at least 4 hours
3) Preheat air fryer to 380°F for about 4 minutes (no need to spray basket since chicken is already in oil)
4) Add chicken in batches ensuring a small space between each piece
5) Fry chicken for 15 minutes, ensuring chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F
6) Keep warm on plate covered in foil or serve cold
7) Store in air-tight container in refrigerator

Use within 5 days
Serves 6
