A six week program to better your whole self.

Everyone has their own opinion. What I see as good health might be a different picture from your own. When you picture yourself in your best health, what do you see? Is it fitting into that outfit from years ago? Being able to eat without guilt? Learning how to make good food choices? Riding your bike again? Running? Maintaining weight loss?

Picturing good health is one thing but achieving it is another. What if you are trying to be health-conscious but nothing is working – or at least not permanently? Is good health achieved by taking the steps instead of the elevator? Eating salads everyday? Getting 150 minutes of exercise each week? Receiving “normal” bloodwork results from your doctor?

No accountability? Are you missing important elements in your meals? Is grocery shopping for healthful foods overwhelming? Could there be an underlying vitamin or mineral deficiency? Are your late night habits worse than you realize? Not making your health a priority?

– Six 50-minute virtual or in person sessions scheduled at a mutually agreed upon day & time

– Functional bloodwork analysis using blood test results you already have from your doctor to determine if your health is in optimal ranges & detect any patterns of deficiencies or other potential health concerns

– A look into non food-related areas that could be affecting your health
– The ability to release stubborn weight, regain energy & sleep better
– Recipes tailored to your likes & dietary needs
– Tips on how to discuss your health journey with family & friends
– Learn how to navigate social situations, dining out & hosting your own gatherings to remain on your path to better health
– Practical lifestyle, eating, grocery shopping & intentional movement or exercise recommendations
– Hand selected gifts to help you reach your health goals
– Full session notes to keep track of our discussions
– Use of the Practice Better app to access all your documents, messages, recipes, notes, recommended protocols, a chat feature, journals, smart watch integration & more all in one place
